With so many Day Spas in the United States and so many nominations, it was a hard choice. However, one day spa stood out to the judges not just for the number of nominations, but the expression of heart, caring and enthusiasm that each nomination voiced. Aquamedica is a very special spa. Founder Valentina Chistova and Spa Manger Anatoliy Chistov embrace the true meaning of spa, and it comes through in everything they do. Just read any review of Aquamedica, and all you will find are glowing remarks. I have yet to find one single derogatory comment. Valentina is a person who is concerned about her business and the satisfaction of every one of her clients. She is deeply committed to the success of her business and realizes that it comes through hard work and dedication to taking care of the details. It has been said that Anatoliy is an example how customer service should be. He always smiles, and as one of his spa guests said “I can picture his face when booking my next visit over the phone. He never says NO, always knows how to help. He is a very professional young man. It is pleasure to see that such a young person can run a business so smoothly.” Aquamedica is certainly a spa filled with love and concern. While many may describe a spa or spa treatments as good, or I enjoy it, when it comes to Aquamedica, you very frequently will find the word love in Aquamedica reviews. “I love everyone and everything about Aquamedica” one guest wrote. “I love this spa because they give amazing treatments and great haircuts. You can really tell that they genuinely care about the customers” another stated. It is more than just love that sets Aquamedica apart; it is also a professional, clean, has knowledgeable staff, is friendly, caring, has a great atmosphere and provides excellent service.
