AMENITIES:
A luxurious robe and comfortable slippers await you in the
ladies' and gentlemens' lounges where you will find private showers, restrooms
and a changing area. Lockers are available for your personal belongings.
Physically challenged guests
All facilities and restrooms are accessible to our physically challenged guests.
Children
As a courtesy to our guests and to maintain a tranquil and rejuvenating
environment, we request that children visit the salon only when receiving
treatment. When booked with a parent treatment times must be equitable, and
minors must be accompanied by an adult.
Cellular Phones
In consideration of other services in progress, please turn phones to vibrate
or off and refrain from use within the spa or salon.
Your future appointment
To accommodate your individual scheduling needs, we recommend that you book
your spa appointment well in advance. A credit card is required to secure
your spa appointment for more than one service.
Arrival & Check-in Procedure
We request that you arrive 15 minutes before any spa appointment.
Please keep in mind late arrivals will be charged for the full service.
The treatment will end as scheduled, so that the next client may begin on time.
Jewelry
We regret that we cannot be responsible for articles lost or damaged, so
please leave your jewelry at home.
Gift Cards
are available for all products and services; they are not redeemable
for cash and should be presented to our Front Desk upon check in for your
appointment.
Prices are subject to change without notice. We are happy provide a full
refund (in gift certificate form), of any item within 10 days of purchase.
Gratuities
on the services are not included (please fell free to reward your technician
for a job well done.) Tipping envelopes will be provided at our Front Desk for
your convenience. Please note: all gratuities must be paid in cash.
Cancelation
Emergencies do arise and we understand. A 48-hour cancellation notice on spa
packages and 24-hour cancellation notice on a single service is appreciated.
Otherwise a 100% charge will be applied to your account. The full charge also
applies to "no shows".
To secure
Spa Package appointments, a 50% deposit is required at time of booking.
Medical Concerns
We ask that you inform us if you are currently using ANY medications or are
under a doctor's care. Aquamedica Day Spa does not accept insurance payments or
participate in any insurance programs. We can recommend several local
facilities for you.

A credit card is required to reserve all spa appointments
There will be a $30 charge for all returned checks.
All products can be returned for exchange or store credit only, within 10 days of purchase.
